Aryana recently completed a MTh in Theology in History at the University of Edinburgh. Her thesis explored the history of a mid-20th century Protestant and ecumenical monastic awakening and how the communities in post-war Europe practiced a 'theology of encounter,' a method for approaching political, religious, or cultural differences.
Previously, Aryana helped create and launch The After Party: Toward Better Christian Politics, a video-based small group course designed to reduce political polarization among Christian communities. She also previously worked for the American Enterprise Institute's Initiative on Faith & Public Life and was an assistant producer for the documentary For Love of Neighbor: Politics for the Common Good.
Aryana is a 2025–2027 Cultura Fellow with the Martin Institute and was named a 2023 Civic Renewal Fellow at AEI. Her writing has appeared at Christianity Today, Plough, Comment, and The Dispatch.
